Category 2: Time Challenge
Those who build their invention on site utilizing our blocks. Entry fee is $5 to accommodate the generous lending of a great Lego collection for this event. Inventors are competing again for prizes and the illustrious Golden Cog.

One Golden Cog will be awarded for each category/age group with at least 3 entrants. Fabulous Lego prizes will be awarded!

Our judges will be Chris Martinez of Necro Construct, London Homer-Wambeam (a reigning Lego champion), and a surprise third judge–just to make sure no bribes occur.

The contest itself will take place from 9AM-2PM on Sunday, March 25th. Sign-up sheets will be available at the Operations table at the con all weekend. See you all there!

Vendor Room Full

The vendor room for Anomaly Con 2012 is full‒we have unfortunately had to turn many people away. If you missed out on a vendor table this year don’t worry! We’ll be opening new vendor registration for the third Anomaly Con in April. For everyone else, we have a great lineup and an even more diverse and talented vendor room than last year!

More Guests Announced!

Oh my gracious! It appears that we have to announce two MORE guests joining us: Hydrogen Skyline and Terry Kroenung!

Also, if we forgot to mention this before, several of our special guests will be joining others for the Grand Tea–see the Registration page for details!

New Steampunk Films to be Screened at AnomalyCon!

We are excited to announce new Steampunk films that will be screened at AnomalyCon 2012!

First, London Homer-Wambeam (the director of last year’s film, Forewarned) is releasing a new feature film, The Astronomer. This production is a remake of George Méliès’ 1902 film Le Voyage dans la Lune (A Trip to the Moon).

We also are planning an amazing Steampunk Lego Invention contest for AnomalyCon 2012… stay tuned for details! Age groups will be split by 12 and under and 13 and older. Prizes will be awarded.
